On monday we hit the road at about 11am which ment we arrived at Lake Keeepit at 6:30. It took about 5hours without the stop for lunch. When we got to Lake Keepit it was one of those places where you ask yourself is it beautiful or is it beautiful. Yesterday we travelled to Dubo we got there earlier than when we did at Lake Keepit and had time to set up before it got dark. Today we went to the zoo despite the fact that each animal was lovely in their own way I liked the Rino, girrafe, elephant and hippo. I rode a girrafe and rino, well almost.
SO was the "worlds tallest baby" you or the giraffe.
ReplyDeleteLove the blog ...
Unfortunally it was the giraffe.
DeleteGreat blogging. Keep taking the tablets. Did you walk or ride bikes at the zoo? What an adventure.
ReplyDeleteWe rode our bikes
DeleteGlad to see Dorothy's shoes made it to the campfire at Lake Keepit. I've sailed and waterskied on the dam and also completed my Austswim training in freezing July conditions up there.
ReplyDeleteSounds like you're having a fantastic time! Those 4 are my favourites too. When I was in Africa I saw them and lots of other animals in the wild, and some of them even had babies with them. Looking forward to your next blog! Love Aunty Ceil, Uncle Mik, Jess and Max x
