Would You Like some food with those flies?

OUR world has officially been taken over by flies! There is no place you can go where flies haven't followed us. For the last eight days we have seen lots of things. The first was actually crossing the nullarbor. We've stayed at alot of old stations that are kind of creepy. Today we went to a big rock and looked at some aboriginal paintings. The most interesting was a sailing boat. There are theories to it that it might have been painted by an aboriginal that had been to the coast or it was a survivor of the dutch ships that got shipwrecked. What is strange is that it is more than 300km from shore. Then we climed the rock. I am beginnling to realise how lucky we are at home. When we swagged it last night in the morning the was not a animal about. (Bar flies).

So far we have only left footprints.

  1. Be sure to watch out for camels, wombats and kangaroos before you let the flies carry you away!

  3. Hope you do, that would be something really different to our familiar east coast roads. Hope you are thinking of all your class getting ready to return to school tomorrow while you are off in the distant sunset, holidaying!
